- Fill out the Application (FORM 1)
- Create a student account
- Get an approval email confirmation
- Fill out the Project Details (FORM 2)
2-Grand Finalists Announced
MasterMinds finalist status can be checked in the application system
3-Participant Registration
All Required Forms are Posted on Student Portal
Deadline: Feb 27,2025
4-REQUEST VISA LETTERS
Payment must be made before visa letters can be requested within the application system.
5-Trip & Travel Registration April 3 - May 10
New York City, Boston, Washington DC

6-Grand Finals June 23-29
